About Me
- Sara Studebaker
- I am a Boise, Idaho native currently living in Lake Placid, New York at the US Olympic Training Center. I graduated from Dartmouth College in June 2007 and moved to Lake Placid to begin training as a member of the US Biathlon Team. I was a member of the 2010 US Olympic Team, where I finished 34th in the Individual Race, and was the only US woman to qualify for the pursuit race. In the 2010-2011 season I placed a personal-best 14th in the Presque Isle, Maine World Cup and finished the season ranked 34th in the world. As the top ranked US woman, I will compete on the World Cup circuit in 2011-2012. My long term goal is to qualify for the 2014 Olympic Games in Sochi, Russia.
